Thursday Fridays And Saturday at 7:30' ~ Sundays at 3:00 I am playing the part of Joanne in the cast of Stephen Sondheim's musical "Company" now playing at Reno's GLM (Good Luck Macbeth) Theater Company during Artown, Reno's famous month-long arts festival. I LOVE the great songs in this show, and the message that no matter how hard and awkward and compromising love relationships can be, in the long run we need them - to grow, to learn, and to feel alive. The part of Joanne was played by Elaine Stritch on Broadway, and recently by Patti Lupone in the revival - I think I've got some big shoes to fill! But I'm really looking forward to it! Our cast is wonderful! Reviews are great! The original 1970 Hal Prince production was nominated for a record-setting fourteen Tony Awards and won six.
